Mango purée is a smooth, rich, sweet product made from ripe mangoes. It has a vibrant yellow-orange color and a tropical, juicy flavor. Interestingly, mangoes are considered the “king of fruits” worldwide due to their popularity and nutritional benefits.

The benefits

In Ayurveda, mango purée cools and invigorates the body, making it excellent for balancing the pitta (fire and water) dosha (energy or substance). It is also believed to increase energy and aid digestion. Some research studies have supported possible benefits of mangoes including:
